Architectural Description: 350 Commercial St. is a 3-1/2-story astylistic commercial building; gable-front roof is sheathed in asphalt shingles; exterior is clad in __: building sits on an obscured foundation; fenestration includes display windows adjacent to entry, large canted and denticulated bay window on 2nd-story, a Chicago-style window with 1/1 DHS on 3rd story and 6/6 DHS window in gable end of front facade, right side facade contains paired 1/1 DHS, inoperable shutters; primary entrance on 1st story is below grade; side entry at front has surround with fluted pilasters and denticulated entablature, glass door with 5-light sidelights, and brick stoop; access to side entry is sheltered by a canvas awning; 2nd-story deck on side facade supported by square posts; rear facade has 2nd-story access to deck; left side facade contains exterior steps to wood decks located on side and rear; belt course.
