Architectural Description: 213 Bradford Street is a 1.5-story, 3-bay, Astylistic dwelling; The side-gable roof is clad in composite sheets, has exposed rafters, a brick chimney located on the exterior end and unique shed dormers with battered sides; The exterior is clad in vertical beaded siding and wood shingles; The fenestration includes 1/1 vinyl DHS, 8-pane vinyl awnings and single-pane vinyl casements, two large fixed-pane picture windows on the north facade have flanking paired 1/1 vinyl DHS; The primary entrance fronts Howland Street and contains a modern pane and panel door with a modern storm and is accessed by modern wood steps.
