Architectural Description: This is a 2-story, 5-bay center entry cottage. A large, flush shed wall dormer was added circa 1970s making the building look like 2 full stories on front. The building was reclad circa 2003. Three sets of paired 6/1 replacement DHS windows occupy the former dormer. Other windows are also 6/1 replacement DHS, flanked by inoperable shutters. In addition to 6/1 DHS, small casement windows are located on the side facade. The right side facade contains 6/1 replacement DHS and entry door. The left side facade contains 6/1 replacement DHS and exterior wood steps to deck and 2nd floor entry and entry on 1st floor under steps. |
