Architectural Description: 652 Commercial Street is a 2-story, 3-bay dwelling. Hipped-roof wall dormers are located on each facade. These dormers contain paired and single 1/1 DHS windows. The front dormer has a paired single-light casement. The roof has exposed rafter ends. The 2nd story overhangs the 1st, providing a porch across the primary facade. The front portion of this porch has been enclosed, however pier locations remain evident. The right half of the porch is fully enclosed while the left is open at the end to accommodate an open entry vestibule. The right side has a square bay, while the left has sliding windows. The left side facade contains 1/1 DHS in dormer, 6/6 DHS near rear and multi-light Queen Anne near front. The right side facade contains 6/6 replacement DHS with storms, 1/1 DHS in hipped dormer. Gabled wall dormer above canted bay has 1/1 DHS. Paired awning windows at basement. A porch is located on the rear.
