Architectural Description: 252 Bradford Street is a 1 1/2-story, 5-bay, Greek Revival-style cottage; the roof is side gable, a central brick chimney is located at the roof ridge; the front facade is clad in clapboards and secondary facades contain wood shingles, Greek Revival details include corner pilasters and a frieze under the eaves, the foundation appears to be mostly rusticated block, with some concrete block repairs at the front; fenestration includes 1/1 DHS replacement windows, 8/8 DHS, 2 skylights have been added to the front roof slope; the primary entrance contains a central panel door with a 2-light transom and a 3-light sidelights, is accessed via a porch and wood steps |
