Architectural Description: 8 Winslow Street is a 1-1/2-story, 5-bay central entry cottage. Side-gable roof with central brick chimney at ridge. 2 gable dormers on south (front) slope with jalousie windows. Partial gable end cornice returns. Central entry with panel door and storm; simple surround with entablature; 4-light transom; brick stoop with iron railing. Windows are wood 6/6 DHS with storms and louver shutters. Rear ell with large shed dormer; secondary entrance, east facade. Canted bay window at dormer. 1-1/2-story section at rear with 6/6 wood DHS and paired 6-light wood casements.
