Architectural Description: 155 Commercial St. is a 2-1/2-story, 4-bay, Greek Revival-style residence that has been converted to commercial use; gable-front roof is sheathed in asphalt shingles, full cornice return at gable ends, large gable dormer on side roof slope; exterior is clad in clapboard on front and one side facade, with wood shingles on remaining facades, wood corner boards; building sits on a brick foundation; fenestration includes 6/6 vinyl DHS, 1/1 vinyl DHS windows, single-pane vinyl casement windows in large gable dormer, operable shutters; large gable dormer on roof peak creates a 3rd story; exterior wood staircase on side facade provides access to 2nd- and 3rd-story entrances; open porches on all 3 stories on south facade.
