Architectural Description: 49 Bradford Street is a 2-story, 6-bay, Astylistic hotel building; the side gable roof is clad in asphalt shingles; the primary facade is clad in vinyl and wood shingles clad the secondary facades and the foundation is concrete block; Each bay of the fenestration includes paired DHS windows and an entry door; windows include 1/1 wood DHS with aluminum storms, and single-pane vinyl casement and awning windows on the south facade are ; There are 1st and 2nd-story open porches extending the full width of the building with square wood porch posts containing scrolled brackets, a porch deck is wood with 3 steps that stretch the entire facade length; Latticework encloses the sides of the porch; the 2nd story rooms are accessed by an exterior stair to the porch
