Architectural Description: The outbuilding at 94 Commercial Street is a 2-story, 2-bay, vernacular-style commercial building; side-gable roof is sheathed in asphalt shingles; interior brick chimney near rear of roof slope; exterior walls are clad in Bricktex asphalt siding; fenestration has wood surrounds and includes 2/2 and 6/2 DHS on right side, 2/2 on 1st story and smaller 6/6 DHS above on left side, 2/2 DHS with wood trim on rear facade, 6/6 DHS in gable end; primary entrance is accessed by a hinged wood plank door with a narrow shed hood; a plank door is located in 2nd story of gable end.
