Architectural Description: 10A Commercial St building contains a 1 1/2-story, 3-bay side-gable core, a 1-1/2 story side-gable addition; 1-1/2 story shed roof addition and 1-story side gable addition located on the north end; Primary entrance includes a central panel door with storm; wood trim; and cobblestone pad; Windows include multi-light canted bays with hipped roofs, and 8/12 wood DHS with storms in the south gable end; 6/6 DHS with applied louvered shutters, and gable dormers with 8/12 DHS and shed dormer hyphen with multi-light sash (c. 1970s) on the west facade; One hipped roof bay with 6/6 DHS wood windows is located near the rear of the west facade; A pane and panel door is located on the east facade beneath the shed dormer, and extends up under the eaves; a parged chimney and a stovepipe is located at the north gable end.
