	Architectural Description: This is a 1 1/2-story, 5-bay building with asphalt shingle-clad side gable roof. The roof has partial cornice returns; shed dormer on front (west) roof slope with 6/6 DHS wood windows; rear (east) shed dormer with 1/1 DHS vinyl; stuccoed (brick) interior chimney at peak. Main entry is a pane and panel wood door with modern aluminum storm. Fenestration outside of dormers is generally 2/2 wood DHS. A 1-story gable roof ell addition with concrete block foundation is located at the rear. An exterior stair leads to a 2nd floor entrance at the rear.
