Architectural Description: This building contains a 1 1/2-story, 5-bay full cottage core with a 2-story, 2-bay front gable addition and 1-story rear addition; The exterior is clad in clapboard on the primary facade, wood shingles on secondary facades with patterned shingles on the east facade; The side gable roof contains two large gable dormers on the front facade with paired 6/6 DHS and 6-light wheel windows in the dormer cheeks and a shed dormer along the rear slope; the front-gable roof of the addition contains a corbelled parged brick chimney; Fenestration includes 6/6 DHS windows with operable plank shutters; a bay window with multi-light center pane, 4/4 sidelights and hipped roof; Primary entrances are located in the center bay of the main core and the east bay of the historic addition. Each contains a 4 panel/2 light wood door with a multi-light wood storm. The rear addition has a central side entry flanked by single and paired DHS.
