Architectural Description: 49 Bradford Street is a 2-story, 3-bay, Astylistic building; the side gable roof is clad in asphalt shingles, with a central brick chimney; the exterior is clad in vinyl and the foundation is concrete block; the fenestration includes 6/1 wood DHS windows on the 2nd floor with operable shutters and surrounds encased in aluminum, a Chicago-style window on the first floor flanked by 4/1 wood DHS; the primary entrance contains a wood pane and panel door with flanking wood fluted pilasters and an aluminum storm door; an exterior staircase to the 2nd floor connects 2 of the buildings and has wood steps and latticework applied to the sides; an entrance on the west facade accesses the office for the hotel
