Architectural Description: 169 Bradford Street is a 2-story, 4-bay, Vernacular Italianate-style 3/4 dwelling; the roof is side gable with a central brick chimney covered with stucco, partial cornice returns and aluminum boxed eave; The exterior is clad in asbestos siding and the foundation is brick; The windows are 1/1 vinyl DHS and have inoperable shutters; The primary entrance contains a modern aluminum panel door with an aluminum covered flat-roof hood supported by brackets and accessed by a concrete block and brick porch deck; There is a picket fence around the front of the property
