	Architectural Description: 94 Commercial Street is a 2-1/2 story, 3-bay Queen Anne-style dwelling; gable-front roof is sheathed in asphalt shingles and has full cornice return; interior brick chimney; gable dormer with partial cornice returns on side roof slope; exterior is clad in clapboard, with patterned wood shingles in gable end and on secondary facade; fenestration includes paired and single 2/2 DHS with storm windows; Palladian window with diamond muntins in side windows in front gable end, Palladian window in gable dormer; primary entrance in center bay; incised 1st- and 2nd-story porches on primary facade abut 2-story canted bay; dentiled cornice on right-side facade and window entablatures.
