Architectural Description: 18 Pleasant Street is a 1-1/2-story, 5-bay center entry cottage with front-gable roof. There are partial cornice returns at gable ends, and a large shed dormer is located on the south roof slope, extending across a rear ell. Windows in this dormer are 3/1 with vertical muntins. The main entry is a panel door with storm and simple wood entablature reached by a brick stoop. A 4-light transom is present. Windows are 4/1 wood DHS with vertical muntins; windows are Arts and Crafts inspired.
