Architectural Description: 328 Commercial St. is a 2-story, multiple bay, astylistic former dwelling; cross-gable roof is sheathed in asphalt shingles, hipped dormer on front roof slope; exterior is clad in clapboard siding with wood trim, with band of patterned shingles at 1st story; building sits on a brick foundation; fenestration includes paired single-pane fixed windows, 1/1 and 6/1 DHS wood windows in canted bays, left side facade contains 6/6 and 6/1 DHS, louvered inoperable shutters; primary entrance is accessed by centered paired pane-and-panel doors on primary facade; metal awning frame extends across the primary facade; brick stoop and yard; yard is enclosed by a wood picket fence with brick piers.
