Architectural Description: 164 Bradford Street is a 2-story, 4-bay, Dutch Colonial Revival dwelling; the roof is side gambrel, a narrow gabled dormer is centrally located on the front roof slope and an offset chimney is located at the roof ridge; the exterior is clad in wood shingles, the foundation is brick; fenestration includes 2/1 wood DHS windows with wood trim, 2/2 wood DHS windows with wood trim in the dormer and 6-light basement windows on the primary facade; the primary entrance is located in the 2nd bay from the left and accessed by wood steps and a deck
