Architectural Description: 301 Bradford Street is a 2-story, 6-bay, Astylistic dwelling; the side-gable roof is clad in asphalt shingles; the exterior is clad in wood shingles and the foundation is brick; the fenestration includes 2/1 wood DHS, 1/1 vinyl DHS on east facade, canted bay window with a hipped roof, clad in wood shingles and single-pane fixed windows flanked by 4/4 wood DHS; the primary entrance is located on the west facade and contains an entablature surround with pilasters and a wood pane and panel door with storm door; south end of west facade is 1-story, 2-bays; south end of east facade is 2-stories with 2nd floor deck |
