Architectural Description: 95 Bradford Street is a 2-story, 4-bay, Astylistic 1/2 house; the side gable roof is clad in asphalt shingles; the exterior is clad in wood shingles with a frieze and corner boards and the foundation is concrete block and brick; the fenestration includes 6/6 wood DHS with storms installed, there is a skylight; the primary entrance faces the west facade, has a modern storm door installed, is capped by a simple entablature and accessed by a wood platform; An entrance on the rear facade has modern wood steps.
Historical Narrative: As per Tom Boland (1994): (95?) First noted on the 1858 atlas as being owned by an A.T. Smith, this structure has remained a residential structure throughout its history. In 1880, it was owned by J. Cummings and then by R. Snow, a carpenter in 1907.
