Architectural Description: 6 Atlantic Avenue is a 1 1/2-story, 3-bay dwelling. The side gable roof has a break to accommodate an open porch across the front facade. A large shed dormer is located at the front (east) roof slope, above the roof break. Wood steps access the open porch, which has battered square posts and wood shingle-clad half walls. The central entry is an Arts and Crafts inspired multi-pane door with storm. Fenestration includes 6/1 DHS, paired 1/1 and 6/1 DHS in the shed dormer, and 8/1 DHS flanking the door.
