Architectural Description: 303 Commercial St. is a 2-story, 3 bay, astylistic commercial building; gable-front roof is sheathed in asphalt shingles, partial cornice returns; exterior is clad in clapboard siding with wood corner boards and trim; building sits on a concrete block foundation; fenestration includes quadruple 1/1vinyl DHS windows on front facade of 2nd floor. vinyl lunette in gable end; angled corner entrance containing modern large-pane aluminum door with 5-pane sidelights; paired and single sliding glass doors on north and east facades; exterior 2nd-story staircase.
