Architectural Description: 85 Bradford Street is a 1 1/2-story, 2-bay, Astylistic sidehall cottage; the front-gable roof is clad in asphalt shingles, a brick interior chimney is located at the peak, shed dormers have been added to each roof slope; the primary facade is clad in clapboard siding and wood shingles clad the secondary facades, the foundation is brick; the fenestration includes 1/1 vinyl DHS and 6/6 vinyl DHS with some operable shutters, a square bay window with a hipped roof and brackets supported by an extended basement wall; The primary entrance contains a wood pane and panel door with Queen Anne-style panes, sunburst glass transom, with a flat-roofed hood, supported by knee braces and is reached by wood stairs with a small landing; A gable front section has been added to the rear; A 1-story deck exists on the rear facade |
