Gabrielle Rilleau writes: This house at 5 Allerton was altered to this shape when Kim Rilleau and his wife Lynne and their children lived there in 1989. Before the alteration it was a much smaller home and was featured on a postcard in the 1950's called "The Rose Covered Cottage" The house was purchased by Roger and Marjorie (Peggy) Rilleau in 1954. In the 1960's Roger moved his sandal shop to this location and his son Kim continued the shop there until he moved to Vermont. The house is still owned by Rilleau family, currently Roger and Peggy's daughters Gabrielle and Robin. Please feel free to delete info not of interest. I know info on house prior to 1950 exists.
