Architectural Description: 111 Commercial St. is a 2-story, 3-bay vernacular Colonial Revival-style dwelling; gable-front roof is sheathed in asphalt shingles, interior brick chimney at roof ridge, partial cornice returns; exterior is clad in vinyl siding with vinyl trim, building sits on a concrete block foundation; fenestration includes single 2/1 wood DHS, 2/2 wood DHS, 1/1 vinyl DHS, all with modern storm windows and inoperable shutters; primary entrance is accessed by a wood pane-and-panel door and an aluminum storm door with a vinyl-clad pediment above; a 1-story, flat-roof addition with a rooftop deck extends from the rear facade.
