	Architectural Description: This building is a 1 1/2-story, 3-bay cottage with setback ell. Brick chimney on ell roof ridge; new chimneys on main roof slope; partial cornice returns and frieze; corner pilasters. Primary entry, located on the side ell, consists of a modern door and storm. An exterior stair leads to 2nd story entry on south gable end of ell; area under stair screened with lattice. Fenestration includes 2/1 and 6/6 DHS with storms. Main gable front has multi-light picture windows with flanking 2/1 DHS. 2/2 DHS on north facade, and 3/3 DHS just below eaves. Deck along ell.
