Architectural Description: 2 Baker Avenue is a 1 1/2-story, 3-bay cottage with a 2-story rear addition. The main building block faces south; the side gable roof has a large shed dormer, creating second-story space. A flat hood over the main entry has pendanted end brackets. The 2-story rear ell has a gable roof with gabled wall dormers on the east facade. Windows in the ell are 2/1 replacement DHS; grouped 4-light casements at first story in gable end. Due to the building's orientation and surrounding structures, no additional details about the building were visible from the street.
