Architectural Description: 22 Court Street is a 1 1/2-story, 6-bay residence. The building is clad in asbestos shingles, with wood shingles on the rear building section, north facade. The gable end faces the street (east), however the primary facade faces south. The side gable roof has gable dormers on the south facade; partial cornice returns; gingerbread lines the gable end eaves. The main entry has a flat hood and elaborate end brackets above the door; brick stoop. Fenestration includes 6/6 wood DHS; a 2/1 DHS window is located on the north facade.
