Architectural Description: 641 Commercial St. is a 1-1/2-story, 2-bay dwelling; cross-gable roof is sheathed with asphalt shingles; interior brick chimney with bricks arranged abstractly; exterior is clad in wood shingles with wood corner boards and trim; fenestration includes 2/1 wood DHS windows; primary entrance consists of wood panel door, wood sunburst panel above door, and pediment entry porch with curved underside supported by square posts; side entrance contains wood pane-and-panel door; 1-story section on rear is enclosed with modern picture window; catslide section on side facade with 2/1 wood DHS and gable dormers with 3 single-pane vinyl casements.
Historical Narrative: National Register nomination lists date of construction as 1960, but appears older.
