Architectural Description: 141 Commercial St. is a 1-1/2-story, 3-bay, vernacular Greek Revival-style commercial building; gable-front roof is clad in asphalt shingles, interior brick chimney located at the peak, shed dormer on side roof slope; partial cornice returns and corner pilasters; exterior is clad in clapboard with wood corner boards and wood shingles on the shed dormer; building sits on a rubble-faced concrete block foundation; fenestration includes canted bay windows containing a 12-pane fixed wood windows flanked by 8-pane fixed wood windows on the 1st story, 1/1 DHS vinyl in the shed dormer, 2/2 DHS wood windows on the side facade of the 1st story; primary entrance is accessed by slightly recessed door in center bay; 2-story wood deck extends from south facade.
