	Architectural Description: 8 Conwell Street is a 1 1/2-story, 5-bay cottage with offset entry and 1-story rear ell. Side gable roof with brick chimney at roof ridge; partial returns; frieze beneath eaves. Corner boards present. The main entry contains a pane and panel door with storm; wood stoop with metal railing. Fenestration includes 1/1 replacement DHS with plank shutters; 6/6 wood DHS windows. Brick foundation now concrete block at north end.
