Architectural Description: This 1 1/2-story, 5-bay cottage is marked as "21B" in the field. The side gable roof is clad in asphalt shingles; partial returns; frieze below eaves; hipped wall dormer on primary facade with staggered shingles. Corner pilasters are present. The central entry consists of a panel wood door with modern storm, 4-pane sidelights, wood surround, and shed hood with paired bracket supports. Fenestration consists of 6/6 vinyl DHS. A 1-story, hipped roof extension is located on the on south facade, and a 1-story shed roofed addition is located at the rear.
