Architectural Description: This is a 2-story, 3-bay center entry cottage with 2-story additions. The side gable roof has a brick chimney in the front (west) roof slope; partial returns. The main entry contains a pane and panel door with storm; flat hood with pendanted end brackets. Fenestration includes 1/1 awning windows; single-light casements on north gable end. A 2-story, 2-bay setback side ell with a secondary entry is known as 11C Arch St. The entry contains a pane and panel door with storm. Fenestration here includes a bow window with single-light casements on 1st story; remainder are single-light casements. A 2-story addition is located to the rear of the side ell. A 1-story section at the north end has exterior steps to a roof deck and 2nd-story entry. There is also a 1st story entry with pane and panel door and storm on the west facade. Fenestration includes awning windows.
