Architectural Description: 164 Bradford Street is a 1 1/2-story, 7-bay building; the roof is side gable, a shallow shed dormer is located on the front roof slope; the exterior is clad in vinyl siding with wood trim, the foundation is rusticated concrete block; the fenestration includes 1/1 DHS that flank the primary entrance, 3-light windows in the dormer, grouped 6-light casements and 1/1 DHS are located on the west facade; the primary entrance consists of a panel door with jalousie storm door, full length, incised open porch supported by Doric columns and accessed by brick steps with iron balustrade; brick piers with concrete capitals surround the front yard, and a chain link fence is located just inside these piers.
