Architectural Description: 132 Commercial St. is a 3-story, 5-bay mixed commercial and residential use building; hipped roof is sheathed in asphalt shingles, two center ridge chimneys; exterior is clad in wood shingles with wood corner boards, building sits on a brick foundation; fenestration includes 6/6 wood DHS, 1/1 wood DHS, Chicago-style picture windows with 1/1 DHS, single and paired 1/1 DHS at ground story; left side facade contains 6/6 DHS with wood trim at the ground level; Chicago-style window in gable end, right side facade contains 6/6 DHS; primary entrance on ground floor is accessed by paired replacement doors for commercial use (now ); 3-story stacked deck on front facade; 2nd-story deck has pane-and-panel door and an exterior wood staircase; 3rd-story deck is reached by an exterior wood staircase on side facade; building is banked; storms installed.
