Historic District Survey information for 10 Court St

Architectural Description: 10 Court Street is a 2-story cottage on raised brick basement. The front-gable roof has partial returns and a brick chimney at the ridge. Trim is wrapped in aluminum. A 1-story canted bay, topped by a 1-story square bay, dominate the main facade. A 1-story square addition on the north facade contains the main pane and panel entry door with storm. Fenestration includes 2/2 wood DHS with storms; 6-light and sliding windows are located in the basement level. A 3-light triangular window is located in the peak of the eastern gable end. A square bay is located on the south facade. Work is currently ongoing for a 2-story rear addition with shed roof wall dormers and 2/2 wood DHS. Some upper story windows in the main section are also being replaced with 6-light windows.
