Architectural Description: 174 Bradford Street is a 2-story, 3-bay sidehall dwelling; the front-gable roof is oriented toward Bradford Street, a brick chimney is located near the roof ridge; the exterior is clad in clapboard siding; fenestration includes 2/2 wood DHS with wood trim and shutters; the primary entrance has a flat-roofed hood supported by brackets; a deck has been added to the front of the building, a 1-story storage shed is attached to the west facade, a 1-story gable-roof ell is attached to the rear; a side ell extends eastward from the rear portion of the building and contains a separate entry, simple wood surrounds, a replacement 2/1 DHS window, and a brick end chimney.
