Architectural Description: 2 1/2-story, 3-bay, 3/4 cottage; House faces south; side gable roof clad in asphalt shingles; 3-bay shed dormer; skylights; exterior east end brick chimney; primary entrance contains a wood pane and panel door with modern storm, fanlight, fluted pilasters and capitals under a partial facade 1st story porch with hipped roof and square post accessed on west from street; fenestration contains 2/2 wood DHS with wood surrounds with inoperable shutters in 1st floor of front facade, 1/1 vinyl DHS in shed dormer, 2/2 wood DHS on west side and 2/2 vinyl in attic, 2/2 modern DHS on north; 2-bay east side shed addition. |
