Architectural Description: 245 Bradford Street is a 1-story, 3-bay, Astylistic cottage; the side-gable roof is clad in asphalt shingles, the exterior chimney is brick; the front and side facades are covered in wood shingles and clapboards clad the north facade, the foundation is obscured; to the right of the door are paired 6/6 wood DHS windows, and a single 6/6 wood DHS window is located to the left of the door; the central entry door is wood pane and panel with a storm door.
