	Architectural Description: 1 1/2-story, 3-bay gable front cottage with side ell. front-gable roof has partial returns and frieze. Side gable portion is on ell has shed roof wall dormer on front (west) facade. Brick chimney on main and ell roofs. Main entry - 2-pane and panel door with storm; flat hood with elaborate pendant brackets. A secondary entry in the side ell matches this main entry. Windows are 2/2 and 1/1 replacement vinyl DHS; 1-story section to rear of side ell. 2-story rear ell has hipped roof dormers that accommodate secondary entry doors. exterior steps and deck provides access to these entries. Some wood shingle. Cladding present on this ell.
