1910 U.S. Census: Widower, Capt. Joseph Silva and grown son Frank Fish Silva living here. Family story is this was Joseph's last home before heart attack death on train from Boston to Providence 27 May 1910.
He immigrated from Pico, Island in 1850, owning and captaining several schooners in his lifetime. His wife, Rosa Bernardo Rodrigues also immigrated to Provincetown from Azores. Their chldren born in Provincetown were Ida, Antone, Francis "Frank" and Anna.
