Architectural Description: 205-209 Commercial St. is a 1-story, 5-bay vernacular Classical Revival-style commercial building; gable parapet roof has a built-up roof surface, interior brick chimney on east side of roof; exterior is clad in brick with a band of stucco at the cornice; building sits on a brick foundation; fenestration includes 4-pane wood casements, 8-pane wood casements, 4/4 wood DHS, keystone lintels; primary entrance is accessed by a door set in a former garage entrance that is closed up with plywood; coat-of-arms with symbol at each end of front facade; a large 1-story 3-bay flat-roof addition with wide eaves extends from the front facade; addition is accessed by a modern aluminum and glass door and its fenestration includes a 6-pane fixed wood storefront window.
