Architectural Description: The first outbuilding at 156 Commercial St. is a 1-story, 3-bay, astylistic building; gable-front roof is sheathed in asphalt shingles; exterior is clad in wood shingles with wood corner boards; building sits on an obscured foundation; fenestration includes a 6-light awning window and large 4-light casement above the door on the front facade, 4-light and 6-light wood casements on east facade; primary entrance is accessed by a large plank door in the center bay; front facade faces north; some wood shingles are falling off.
