Architectural Description: 41 Commercial St. is a 2-1/2-story, 4-bay side-gable core with 1-story 2-bay front addition and a hyphen connecting a 1-story rear addition; The roof is clad in asphalt shingles and includes a wood cornice and partial returns; a sidewall brick chimneys with terra cotta cap is located on the north facade; a second brick chimney is located on the rear addition. The exterior is clad in wood shingles with simple wood cornerboards; Fenestration includes 6/6 DHS wood windows with simple wood surrounds and wood lattice-work over street-facing windows; the rear facade contains a projecting 2nd story addition.
