Architectural Description: 20 Court Street is a 2-story cottage. Clapboard clads primary facades, while wood shingle clad secondary facades. The front-gable roof has skylights, a cornice with slim dentils, and gingerbread lining the eaves. An enclosed porch at the 1st story contains the primary entry on the south side; a roof deck is located above the porch. Fenestration includes 8/1 DHS with storms in the enclosed porch. A 2-story hipped-roof section to the rear has a variety of window types and irregular fenestration. A 2nd 2-story section has been added to the rear. Decks are located on the south facade at the front and rear building section. |
