Architectural Description: 306 Commercial St. is a 2-1/2-story, 3-bay, vernacular Colonial Revival-style commercial building; gable-front roof is sheathed in asphalt shingles, wood box cornice with partial return, shed dormer on side roof slope, exterior brick chimney on side facade; exterior is clad in clapboard siding with wood shingles on the west facade; building sits on a brick foundation; fenestration includes 6/1 replacement DHS and Chicago-style picture window with 1/1 DHS, large fixed-pane vinyl display windows, east facade contains irregular fenestration; primary entrance is accessed by modern paired doors located in cutout corner entrance with square support post in 1st-story storefront; fabric awning on 1st floor; roof deck on 1-story rear section.
