Architectural Description: 352 Commercial St. is a 1-1/2-story astylistic dwelling in the rear with a 2-story, 3-bay commercial addition extending from the front facade; steeply pitched gable-front roof on core is sheathed in asphalt shingles, brick chimney on both roof slopes, and gable dormer; low-pitched gable-front roof on addition is sheathed in asphalt shingles; exterior of both is clad in wood shingles with wood trim; building sits on a brick foundation; fenestration on rear portion includes a large arched single-light replacement casement window in the gable end, Chicago-style picture windows with 4/4 DHS; front commercial portion has large multi-pane bay windows on 1st story with 6/6 wood DHS windows with storms on 2nd story, right facade has multi-pane display window on 1st floor; windows and doors have wood surrounds, bay supported by large brackets; 1st story has end brackets with pendants; rear facade also has 2-story addition with exterior staircase to 2nd-story entrance on main building.
