Architectural Description: This is a 2-story, 1-bay building, possibly a converted workshop. The front-gable roof has partial cornice returns, and a shed dormer on the east roof slope. Sliding glass doors are centrally located at the first and second stories on the gable end. A 2nd-story balcony with metal balustrade is supported by Doric columns, creating an open porch at the first story level. Brick steps lead to this porch.
