Architectural Description: This is a 2 1/2-story, 3-bay building with a full cornice return at the gable end. Windows are 12/12 DHS and 1/1 DHS. The front door has an elaborate surround, including sidelights and a broad fanlight. The 12/12 DHS windows and door surround reflect the Colonial Revival style. A hipped roof and canted bay contains 8/8 DHS and 4/4 DHS windows. Building has skylights. The left side facade contains a multi-light bay, 121/12 replacement DHS, and two secondary entries for different units. The right side facade contains a multi-light bay, large 8/8 DHS and replacement 12/12 DHS. Rear ell has wood shingle cladding, 8/12 and 6/6 DHS, and recent replacement 6/6 DHS in 1st story. Rear also has exterior steps to 1st and 2nd story entries that are located under the main roof. An arched window is located in rear gable end and the shed dormer is on the east roof slope. |
