Architectural Description: 260 Bradford Street is a 1 1/2-story, 3-bay, Astylistic cottage; the roof is side gable with a large central chimney at the roof ridge, a shed dormer is located on the rear roof slope; the exterior is clad in wood shingles and the brick foundation appears to be new; fenestration includes 6/6 DHS and 4-light awning windows in the gable end and dormer; the primary entrance contains a central entry with a simple wood surround with pilasters and a small entablature accessed by a brick front stoop with slab landings and metal railings; a vestibule with 2 doors has been added to the rear.

Historical Narrative: As per Tom Boland (1994): Clearly shown on the 1836 map and listed as being owned by J.A. Mayo in 1858, the house at 260 Bradford Street is early for this area of town. Not shown in 1880 it is listed in 1901 as owned by M. Morris. SIGNIFICANTLY ALTERED
